Affordable Options:

How much does it cost to replace my AC?  We get this question asked all the time.  And we understand why one would ask that.  But to be frank, that’s like asking how much it costs to purchase a new car.  There are many factors and variables that go into answering such a question that it is impossible to pin it to one answer.  Here are the factors that go into the investment of replacing your AC system:

  • Energy efficiency: Air conditioning efficiency levels are based on what is called a SEER (Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio). This could range anywhere from 13 SEER to 20+ SEER.  The higher the SEER, the higher the more efficient the system.
  • Brand: There are brands more affordable than others.  This is a big factor in air conditioning replacement in Metro Detroit.
  • Right Job vs Shortcuts: This is the single most important factor when it comes to replacing your air conditioning system (not only in terms of pricing, but also in terms of how well your system performs and how long it’ll last).  We pride ourselves on doing everything according to manufacturer’s specs and we do not take any shortcuts.  If a competitor is pricing their system lower than us, there is usually a shortcut that they are taking in order to do so.
  • Comfort Options: Just like cars have different features and benefits, air conditioning systems do as well.  There are systems that are single speed air flow (which usually end up giving you hot or cold spots in your home).  There are systems that are called two-stage variable speed systems where the air conditioner will adjust the airflow of the system and keep the unit running more continuously for optimum comfort.
  • Indoor Air Quality options: Efficiency and comfort aren’t the only two factors.  Indoor air quality is just as important, if not more.  There are optional add-ons that we provide with your estimate such as humidifier replacements/installs, air cleaners, air purifiers, filtration systems, etc.

No-Interest Financing:

We offer up to 60 months no interest financing.  That way, we can ensure we find a system that fits your budget.
